We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. There is also a small market right next to the hotel so it's easy to purchase a few items for use in the kitchen. The room was spacious and very clean. The view was wonderful overlooking some of the city and the ocean and the bed was so very comfortable. We loved lounging by the pool and the service poolside was amazing. The hotel is only about two blocks from the beach and is surrounded by places to shop and wonderful dining options. The staff helped us rent a wheelchair that was easy to maneuver around the property and also fit well in our room. Highly recommend staying here.
I've stayed at the Ritz Carlton Waikiki multiple times before but had never booked through Real Select. I was a little skeptical since the price was significantly lower than booking the RC Waikiki through hotels.com. I can assure you that there is literally no difference between staying at the hotel when you book through Real Select as compared to the hotel directly. The experience was literally the exact same excellent on every level, made even better by the lower price. Our panoramic suit was a corner unit on the 27th floor-sweeping views of the mountains, the high rises, and the ocean. Highly recommend Real Select as well as the RC Waikiki.
It was such a satisfactory stay. From the valet person to the check-in/out person, it was a very friendly service experience. There is a small kitchen, fire, microwave, and other kitchenware, so it's good for making simple meals. It's about a 5-minute walk to Waikiki, but it's less crowded and calmer than Waikiki. The restaurant on the lobby level is also great. There is a mart on the ground that is open until late, which is convenient. Overall it was a stylish, clean and enjoyable place. I will definitely visit again the next time I come to Hawaii! Thank you for the wonderful service.
This was my second time visiting The Ritz there. Comparing it to the first time, this time I felt I’m not at the same location. It was at the beginning of September and it looked like the people working there were still overwhelmed from the busy summer. Everyone was kinda cold and lost a personal touch. Maybe they were understaffed. Definitely not my problem! They also changed the signature RC toiletries. Towels looked worn out and felt rough and scratchy. 5-star hotel. No way Jose!
